Limited Edition Centennial Star Holly and Ivy (Aluminum)

The eighth in Wendell August Forge's ten-year series of Limited Edition Centennial Ornaments, the Holly and Ivy Centennial Star is a stunning work of art. Conceived and created by a top designer and master die engraver, the star combines the shining luster of hand-forged metal with the dazzle of crystals. According to custom, holly and ivy - both hardy winter greens - unite symbols of death (the thorns and red berries of holly are said to represent Jesus' crown of thorns and blood) and rebirth (in the verdant ivy). Here, they are elegantly stylized and further embellished with the rainbow fire of crystals. This 2020 installment in our Centennial Series, which counts down to Wendell August Forge's 100-year anniversary, is limited to 5,000 stars only in this metal. The date is engraved on the back, and each ornament comes magnificently encased in a red embossed keepsake box.
