Pebble Creek Interlocking Necklace
This new collection from Wendell August designer Emily Hendrie is a combination of both metals and manufacturing techniques which produces arresting results. The finished product is a pair of linked loops, one of aluminum and one of copper metal clay. Copper metal clay can be molded to many shapes and when it is fired, the clay burns off leaving the beautiful copper product. Emily said her goal was an organic and natural-looking collection. And keeping with the Wendell August tradition, because these pieces are hand-fired and individually molded, no two pieces look exactly the same. It is because they aren’t the same. They are all unique, arresting and beautiful.
