Shipping policy
What carriers do you use for shipping?
Wendell August ships packages via USPS, Fedex and UPS from our fulfillment center located in Slippery Rock, PA.
All orders for in-stock and non-engraved products will ship on the date of the order (if before 11:30 AM EST) or the next business day (if after 11:30 AM EST). NOTE: Due to the volume of orders placed on and around the holiday, it may take 5-7 business days to process stock orders from November through the end of December.
Engraved and made to order products will take 5-7 business days to ship. Holiday times may vary.
What are your shipping methods?
- Economy: This method is Wendell August's most economical shipping option. Economy shipping will work for USPS PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
- Standard: This method is a reliable alternative to the WA Saver shipping method. Packages should arrive 3-4 days after they leave our facility. Estimated delivery dates will be shown in the shopping cart.
- Express: When delivery is urgent select this method to have your order delivered in a timelier manner. Packages should arrive 1-2 days after they leave our facility. Estimated delivery dates will be shown in the shopping cart.
Do you offer international shipping?
All international orders, including Canada must be entered over the phone with our Customer Service Department at 1-800-923-4438. Please call to request a shipping quote.
NOTE: Any additional Customs, duties and taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping is not subject to any Free Shipping Promotions.
