WENDELL AUGUST HOSTS PUMPKIN PATCH FUNDRAISER TO BENEFIT LOCAL BROWNIE TROOP

Wendell August Amish Country Store has partnered with Second Grade Brownie Troop (61163) from Sugarcreek, OH for a Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser and Fall Festival October 15-31, 2016 on the lawn of the historic Wendell August Barn.  A wide variety of pumpkins and gourds will be available for sale Monday through Saturday, 9am – 6pm.  All proceeds will directly benefit Troop 61163, led by Troop leader Amber Sherer, who will use the funds to adopt a family this Christmas.   Purchase your fall pumpkins, get a behind-the-scenes look at fine American craftsmanship with a Wendell August factory tour, and support a great cause. Storytime sessions can also be scheduled during the festival for school or church children’s groups.  Call to schedule an appointment. pumpkin-patch The pumpkin patch coincides with Wendell August Craftsman Days and Barn Tours.  On Fridays and Saturdays during the festival, craftsmen will be on-site for product demonstrations from 9am – 4pm.
