I haven’t received my ornaments yet. When should I expect them?
Due to the overwhelming demand of the Civic Arena Roof ornaments, many who purchased them will be receiving their ornaments in the first three months of 2012. It is our goal to be sending the ornaments out in 2012 in the order in which the order was received. In time for Christmas, however, everyone who purchased but did not receive the ornaments before Christmas will be receiving Gift Acknowledgement Cards for each of the ornaments he/she ordered.
When will my Gift Acknowledgement Card(s) arrive?
The Gift Acknowledgement Cards were mailed between December 17th and December 19th so they should be in homes prior to Christmas.
If yours has not arrived, you can download cards here to print and give as a placeholder for your gift.

It is Thursday December 22nd or later, and I still have not received my Gift Acknowledgement Card(s) in the mail.
Please email us at info@wendell.com and we will ensure that your card is indeed in the mail and scheduled to arrive prior to Christmas. If for some reason it will not, we will email a digital version of the card so you have something to put under the tree or in the stocking.
I didn’t receive all of the ornaments I ordered.
If you were one of the very early shoppers, perhaps on the Penguins Foundation website, and you did receive ornaments in the mail but not all of them, we are so sorry for the mix-up. We will get the missing ornament(s) shipped tomorrow. Please email us at info@wendell.com and include your order# and the number of Civic Skyline and/or Penguins Fever ornaments you are missing.
The quality wasn’t what I expected.
Would you like us to replace it with another ornament? If so, we will create another for you and ship it out. We will include in that shipment a UPS Call Tag for you to send the one you are not happy with back to us. If you would just like a refund, absolutely. No Problem. We will refund your money and send out a Call Tag for the return of the ornament(s). Please email us at info@wendell.com and include your order number and a description of the ornaments you would like to return or exchange.
I didn't have a chance to order one. Are they still available for purchasing?
Unfortunately, for those who did not order their ornaments in time, they are no longer available for purchasing through any outlet. In the up coming months we will have new arena roof products, made from the very stainless steel that covered the Civic Arena Roof.
