A road bike, with its thin wheels, leans against a stone wall. Both are covered in snow. Initially you may think that someone just did not put that bike away before the first snowfall, but a closer observation reveals there are footsteps coming from the bike. Someone was riding that back in the snow, and judging from the way it was left, they must have been in a hurry.

Why would someone be riding their bike in this kind of weather? There must be a good reason…
